Frustrated follow-up: Still can't assign multiple techs after 2 weeks

I posted this two weeks ago and got zero response. My team still cannot figure out how to assign a single work order to multiple technicians at the same time. This is blocking our rollout.

We have HVAC installs that require two techs. Right now we're creating duplicate work orders and manually syncing them, which is error-prone and wastes dispatch time.

I need a definitive answer: is multi-assignment supported or not? If it is, where is the control? If it's not, when will it be available?

We cannot move forward without this.

  • Hi Brandon — I'm sorry this fell through the cracks. Happy to help!

Yes, multi-technician assignment is supported. Here's how to enable it:

    1. Go to Settings > Work Orders > Assignment Options
    2. Toggle on "Allow Multiple Technicians per Work Order"
    3. Save changes

Once enabled, you'll see a "+ Add Technician" button in the assignment section of any work order. Both techs will see the job in their mobile app, and either can update status.

If you don't see that setting, your account may be on an older configuration — let me know and I can verify.
