Jobs that breached SLA last month — report available?

The team is preparing our Q1 operational review, and we need to identify which jobs breached SLA commitments during January. From a governance perspective, this is critical for both internal accountability and our client retention discussions.

I can see the Work Order Summary Report and Technician Performance Report, but neither appears to surface SLA breach data directly. Is there a dedicated SLA compliance report, or should I be approaching this through custom filtering?

It is worth noting that we have custom SLA rules configured per service tier, so any solution would need to respect those configurations rather than default timing assumptions.

  • I have confirmed that the SLA Compliance Report does not include jobs that were cancelled or voided prior to breach detection. This is by design per the documentation at SLA Compliance Reporting.

However, if you require visibility into potential breaches for jobs that did not complete (i.e., cancelled while already past threshold), you will need to use the API or export raw work order data with timestamp analysis. I can provide the endpoint details if that scenario applies to your governance requirements.

  • Another way to think about it: the cancelled job scenario is actually not material for our current review. We are focused on completed jobs with breached commitments to active clients. The standard report should suffice.

Thank you both — I have what I need. I will explore the scheduled report option, Josh, that is a smart operational efficiency gain.
