As we move into the second half of 2025, we want to share where FieldPulse is headed and why we are making these investments. This roadmap reflects months of conversations with customers, analysis of usage patterns, and our commitment to building software that works where your teams actually work.
Three Core Themes
Our H2 development is organized around three strategic priorities:
- Offline-First Operations — Field work does not stop when connectivity does. We are doubling down on robust offline capabilities that let technicians capture data, complete checklists, and update jobs regardless of network conditions. This builds on the foundation we established with offline mode support earlier this year.
- Integration Ecosystem Expansion — Your field operations do not exist in isolation. We are deepening our integration partnerships with accounting, CRM, and ERP platforms while opening more of FieldPulse via enhanced API capabilities. More on our partnership approach here.
- Reporting and Business Intelligence — Data locked in your field management system is of limited value. We are investing in flexible, exportable reporting that connects to the tools you already use for analysis and executive reporting.
What to Expect in Q3 and Q4
September–October
- Enhanced offline checklist synchronization with conflict resolution
- QuickBooks Online sync improvements (invoice line-item handling)
- Beta access to new executive dashboard templates
November–December
- Full API v2.1 release with webhook reliability improvements
- Custom report builder with scheduled delivery
- Inventory forecasting module (early access)
- Performance optimizations for large dispatch boards
Why These Priorities?
We see a clear pattern in support tickets, feature requests, and customer conversations. The most impactful improvements fall into two categories: making the mobile experience more resilient in challenging field conditions, and making the data in FieldPulse more actionable for decision-makers.
The offline investments are not merely about handling dead zones. They are about confidence—ensuring your technicians can work at full speed without wondering whether their work will sync later. The reporting investments are about visibility—turning operational data into strategic insight without manual export gymnastics.
What We Are Not Building (Yet)
We are often asked about native customer chat, advanced route optimization with predictive traffic, and built-in accounting. These remain on our long-term radar but are not scheduled for 2025. We believe our current integration strategy serves you better than building everything ourselves.
How to Influence the Roadmap
Your feedback shapes these priorities. The ideas that become features typically start in community discussions, support conversations, or customer advisory calls. If you want to participate in our monthly roadmap feedback sessions, contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out in the community.
We will publish detailed release notes for each milestone as we ship. In the meantime, we are excited to build this with you.
