We are pleased to announce the launch of the completely redesigned Mobile Dashboard for FieldPulse technicians, now available on iOS and Android as part of our 3.2 release.

What Is Changing

The mobile experience has been rebuilt from the ground up to prioritize speed, clarity, and the workflows that matter most when technicians are in the field.

Key Enhancements

  • At-a-glance schedule view: Technicians now see their full day — including travel time estimates and job priority indicators — without navigating multiple screens.
  • One-tap job actions: Clock in, mark arrival, and update status from a single unified interface. No more drilling through menus.
  • Customer context upfront: Contact information, location notes, and equipment history surface automatically when a technician begins travel.
  • Offline resilience: The dashboard caches your day's schedule locally and syncs intelligently when connectivity returns. For more on our offline strategy, see Our Commitment to Offline-First Field Operations.

Availability and Next Steps

The new dashboard is enabled automatically for all users on app version 3.2.0 or later. Your team will see the new interface on their next login — no configuration required.

Administrators may review the updated mobile layout in the Settings > Mobile App > Preview Mode section of the web application.

This release represents a significant step forward in our mission to deliver powerful, seamless field service management. We look forward to your feedback.

  • hi is this going to affect the old android tablets we have in the trucks. they're pretty old not sure what version

    Hi Teresa! Happy to help with that. The new dashboard requires Android 10 or later and approximately 250MB of free storage. For older tablets, you can check compatibility in Settings > About Device on the device itself.

    If your tablets are below Android 10, they'll remain on the previous dashboard interface — no disruption to your current workflows. We do recommend planning a hardware refresh cycle when convenient, as Android 9 and below will not receive future feature updates.
