Happy to help — and congratulations on the growth, that's exciting even when it feels overwhelming.

From what these customers shared (and what we typically see):

Timeline: Most teams are functional within a week and fully comfortable within 2–3 weeks. The customers who move fastest usually start with a small pilot group rather than rolling out to everyone at once.

Training approach: A mix! Sarah at Midwest Mechanical did 30-minute team sessions twice a week for two weeks. Priya at Pacific Northwest actually leaned on our tips for rolling out to larger teams — worth a look if you haven't seen that post yet.

Technician buy-in: This is the big one, isn't it? What I typically recommend is identifying one respected senior tech who can be your "champion" — someone the others already trust. When they start seeing time saved on their own routes, the rest tend to follow. Also, we find that emphasizing "less paperwork, more doing the actual work" resonates with experienced field crews.

We want to make sure you're set up for success here, so feel free to follow up if you'd like to talk through your specific rollout plan. We're here for you!

RE: How Three FieldPulse Customers Cut Dispatch Time in Half

This is so helpful! We're actually in a similar spot to what Pacific Northwest Solar described — growing fast and feeling the strain. A few questions if you don't mind:

1. How long did it take each of these teams to get fully up and running with the new features?
2. Did they do any formal training or was it more learn-as-you-go?
3. Any tips for getting technician buy-in? Some of our senior folks are pretty attached to the old way of doing things.

Thanks so much for sharing these stories! Really appreciate it!
