Art, fair concern. The beta dashboards run on isolated infrastructure and will not impact core application performance. We learned this lesson with the 3.0 reporting rollout and have architected accordingly.

If you do observe any performance degradation during the beta period, we want to hear about it immediately. We are not shipping at the expense of stability.

in my experience "beta access" means rough around the edges. the executive dashboards better not slow down the dispatch board while they're in beta. seen that before with other releases

Strong framing on the offline-first priority. This aligns well with what I am hearing from our regional operations teams who struggle with rural coverage gaps.

One question: how are you approaching conflict resolution in the November release? Last-write-wins is often insufficient for field scenarios where multiple technicians touch related work orders. Are you considering operational timestamps or user-configurable merge rules?
